Eating Red Licorice Scotty Dogs While I Wait...

Am eating some red licorice scotty dog candy while I cook pasta with roasted garlic marinara sauce. I don't necessarily think of dessert as something to be eaten after a meal. I often like to eat dessert before or during my actual meal. I think it's because I enjoy both sweet and savory tastes and sweet tastes cause me to crave more savory food even though I really like sweets.
