Most Common Food Allergies in India

There's a lot of overlap with the ones from my previous post, but they also list others, like corn and spices. I wonder if some allergens are more common in certain countries. I get the impression from the lists I've seen that certain commonly used foods are common allergens, but that lines up with the idea that the more people encounter a food, the easier it is to become a common allergen simply due to how often it is encountered by so many people. Something like cattails is not going to become a common food allergy because hardly anyone eats it. However, there are plenty of common foods that don't seem to be common allergens either. For example I haven't yet seen rice listed as a common allergen, but it's considered a staple food in many cultures.
