unspeakablehorror Went to the store and bought some more garlic and shallots. I love being able to add freshly chopped garlic or shallot to food or roasting the garlic. Roasted garlic is amazing. I often add it to marinara to add a richer garlic flavor to it.
I also bought a few other things I've been wanting as well. While I often don't like to do errands like going out to the store, I do tend to enjoy my time when I'm there.
