ramble-tags:  I have no shortage of ideas for what to do, but overwhelmed with figuring out how to prioritize and implement them, I feel like I go through the day, with my attention constantly switching between different things, and even if I decide, oh I should do this now and that later, my brain is just like, I don't have the concentration for that, would you like to lay in bed and stare at the ceiling in indecision instead?, which no, I would not like to do that, but it happens nonetheless
