Fava beans certainly are tasty. And yeah, I've heard stories that said Pythagoras had some serious enmity against beans, haha. I've also heard that there was no really good reason to name the Pythagorean theorem after him, that it was pretty clear he didn't come up with it, and that he wasn't even a mathematician, though he may have occassionally discussed math, among other things.
