unspeakablehorrorWYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) is so very vital for making computers more widely accessible but also WYSIWYG was a mistake that can make troubleshooting and maintainability a nightmare which is why we will never all be able to just open an office software document for everything. Sometimes you just need to do things with more precision and reliability than that provides.
