Garnet Yam Fries

I made some savory garnet yam fries and a savory garnet yam mash earlier, both of which I enjoyed greatly (fyi garnet yams are actually a type of sweet potato, not a type of yam). I like making savory foods with sweet potatoes, and I'm trying to figure out what recipes I like best. I've heard sweet potatoes are pretty healthy so I want to eat more of them, but I actually don't find a lot of the simpler ways they're dessertified very appealing (and am often not willing to exert the effort to create the more complex recipes). I also crave savory food more often than sweets, even if I do have a noticeable sweet tooth.

I've seen the suggestion to treat sweet potatoes kinda like baked potatoes albeit with different topping suggestions, so there's that.

I seem to like the same spices in them that I've used on potatoes (I use garlic powder and paprika on potatoes a lot, and have used rosemary before on them too).
The sweeter recipes I'd be interested in are generally more complex than I feel up to, but if I was feeling up to it, I know I enjoy sweet potato pie, and I saw an intriguing sweet potato bread recipe earlier too.
