Fresh Herbs

My favorite fresh herbs, in no particular order:
*basil
*dill
*cilantro
I've had others I enjoyed as well, but these are the ones I seem to be most fond of.

I was thinking about this earlier, and I think the only one of those I'd consider my favorite as well would be dill, even though I like the others. I think mint and rosemary also belong on my own favorite herbs list.

The only herb I really grew up eating was sage, which probably predisposed me to enjoy its ~ resinous (is that even what I mean? I'm tired), woody kindred, like rosemary and thyme.

I love rosemary, thyme, and sage! I personally dislike mint, but I do have a few exceptions to that rule. I rather like mint tea, for example.

I'm hoping to get better at growing fresh herbs because I'd love to have them more often.
