Fanfic Searches

One problem I have when I look for fanfiction is my 'I really want to find a story on this super-specific thing' issue which of course makes things hard.  Need to get back to writing stuff because *that's* almost the only way I can satisfy that particular impulse.  I do occassionally find fanfic I really enjoy, it's just not usually the specific things I'm explicitly looking for.  Sometimes it's 'here is something incredible I didn't even know I wanted'.
