Repopulating the bison as one form of reparations to Native Americans and for environmental reasons would seem like an easy choice to make considering the benefits.  But I guess the U.S. would rather that space be used for invasive cattle.

I haven't been on Tumblr for a bit and I think that really helps my mental state.  Tumblr is very overstimulating for me.  Unfortunately some of my friends are only on Tumblr so I can't really talk to them if I avoid Tumblr.  I wasn't on it at all yesterday so I didn't see whatever April Fools thing they did, but I did see a post on Mastodon talking about some, ah, issues with it.  Sounds like it wasn't really thought through.
