I feel a lot better since I logged out of my Tumblr.  Going to want to log in eventually to talk to people there, but I just find that the Tumblr interface doesn't agree with me at all, and in my opinion its setup promotes some really bad habits in both myself and others, and is currently more stressful to me than Dreamwidth, Mastodon, and Pillowfort combined (all of which I've still been checking fairly frequently since I logged off Tumblr). 

Also, while I may occasionally peruse Twitter, that website is in my opinion even more cursed than Tumblr.

I have been so productive recently.  The last few days have required a great deal from me, but I've also had much more energy and focus than I usually do.  It's probably in large part because my sleep quality has been unusually good lately.  I wake up feeling much more refreshed and well-rested that I usually do.  And I mean, I've been avoiding Tumblr lately, but I feel like Tumblr, while it does cause me problems, is definitely not the reason for all my woes.  So I don't exactly know everything that's gone into this.  But I do know I feel a lot better right now.  And I do think it always helps if I can  get some decent sleep, which I have been lately despite my continuously weird and erratic sleep schedule.  It's certainly nice not to feel tired during the day.
