Really wish there was a greater understanding that science is a tool to understand how the world works and what we can expect from it, and not a moral framework. There is no inherent moral value in science, being a scientist, or doing science. Science can be applied to accomplishing certain goals. Science cannot inform anyone on what goals they should be trying to accomplish.

food information website

I think there's no such thing as perfectly correct and accurate information, especially on the topic of how healthy different foods are, but I do think some places are better than others. I think possibly this site doesn't have as high a bar for proving scientific research as perhaps some places do, but in terms of quantity of information I find it pretty impressive and some of the information at least seems to line up closely with the most reputable sites I'm aware of that discuss these topics.
