I used to not understand why people would just post (or reblog) things to their blog just to use it like some sort of high-tech filing cabinet. But after a while I realized that I, too, found it useful to treat my blog as some sort of ultra-cheap cloud storage.
So this post is going to be a bookmark replacement. Here's a recipe I tried a while back and liked enough to want to make again at some point:

I...don't really think my rendition of this tasted like fish exactly, but it was definitely Tofu of the Sea. I also made a faux fish sauce to go with it based on the liquid I marinated the tofu in mixed with a little teriyaki sauce, sriracha sauce, and corn starch. I cooked it on a bed of vegetables that included onions, some bunapi mushrooms, and some miniaturized bok choy. Since the sauce and vegetables were just stuff I improvised I wanted to write that down with the recipe too because it doesn't seem like it would be that exciting just by itself. I think a lot of things taste better with some sort of sauce, and this recipe is no exception.
