I wonder how many different Star Wars books (and tv shows, and comics...) exist.  I only know the answer is 'way more than I'm ever likely to get around to reading' but beyond that I just don't even know.

Had a dream that referenced covid-19 last night.  Apparently I was going to a made up college, too, though.  I guess it's not too surprising that my dream would mix past and present time periods of my life.  While it was a nightmare, it was more of a situational one than one where anything explicitly frightening happened in the dream itself, so I've definitely had worse.  The dream made up an apartment for me to live in because apparently my subconscious likes architecture, and even an entire fake town.

The nightmare part was being outside without any mask and to a lesser extent, the fact that I was in college in the fist place, but since this dream didn't really get to addressing actual college obligations that part wasn't as much of an issue as the covid part.

I remember I eventually did get to my apartment in my dream at least, though I kept encountering people who wanted to get way too close to me and talk to me.  I kept having to back away from people.

Like the not having a mask part was unpleasant but when I woke up I was like "but some people actually have had to go to college during this time, and that's a lot scarier than just having a dream about that happening" so I think the nightmare aspect was undercut considerably by that.  Plus when waking up I was just like "well I guess I'm not going to get covid from imaginary dream people" so while I'm still worried about that in real life, the events of the dream just seem like one less thing I have to worry about for that.

This 'you forgot your mask' nightmare reminds me a lot of similar nightmares about me continuously forgetting things.  I think that's a thread in many of my nightmares even though it's not reflective of how often I forget things in real life.  It probably is reflective of how much I worry about forgetting things, though.
