My apple-cinnamon baked oatmeal came out with more of a granola texture than a muffin/bread texture this time. I'm guessing because I used less moisture compared to the amount of oatmeal used this time. I didn't measure how much oatmeal I used last time I made baked oatmeal but I'm pretty sure it was less than this time.
Was still delicious, though. Like many things, I think granola is best when it's homemade.
