Opposing Impulses

I think one aspect of my personality that can be difficult for me to manage is the extremely argumentative aspect.  Whenever anyone says anything, my brain seems to almost invariably perceive some issue or other with it, whether real or imagined.  At the same time, I hate confrontation.  So that's always...fun.
