What is Time, Really

Time seems to pass at completely arbitrary speed sometimes.  This really does make doing all my tasks challenging at times.  I think this is less externally noticeable by other people because I loathe being late so much or missing deadlines that generally I'll rearrange everything else in my life to avoid that, but that just means that pretty much all the inconvenience and problems I have with time management are internalized.
