Subjective opinions ahead:

I dislike reylo but not out of some kind of outrage about enemies-to-lovers as a concept.  That would be incredibly hypocritical of me since my favorite pairings are mostly enemies-to-lovers.  I just find Kylo Ren boring.  Rey annoys me sometimes (especially in TROS), but she's not boring. Also, evil Rey may not be real, but she is incredibly hot.  She clearly takes after her grandfather in that regard and not her cardboard cutout bland parental figures.
