Some Guesses on Episode 12

Just some thoughts on how episode 12 may go:

 

*Mon's going to agree to Sculdun's Terms of Service so she doesn't expose the Rebellion.

*Luthen will go to Ferrix.  This seems like a reasonable guess since that's where everyone else will be and it sounds like he really wants to track down Andor, probably to convince him to join the Rebellion.

*I think Luthen is going to die this episode.  He's said himself that he doesn't expect to live to see the Rebellion succeed.

*I think Syril will encounter him again and recognize his voice, leading to Luthen being exposed and killed.  During his interrogation with Dedra, he says that he didn't get a good look at Luthen but he would recognize his voice, so I think that detail will end up being relevant.  Not sure exactly how this will play out, but it seems reasonable that this is why the plot is moving Syril to Ferrix.

*Syril may also die afterwards, but then again maybe not if they have plans to do something more with him.  I'm not really sure where they would take him after this that would be interesting, because I don't think him getting to join the ISB to hunt Cassian really would be, and I also don't think there's much reason for him to be in the show if he just decides to forget Cassian and goes off and does his own thing in Failureville.  But they could have something clever in mind to do with him in S2 that would still relate to Cassian somehow, who knows.

*Don't know what will happen with Dedra.  Seems like she could continue the hunt for Cassian in season 2?  She could be in for a promotion if she gets credit for bringing down Axis, but she might also be punished for not bringing in Cassian.  Am guessing he'll escape whatever trap the ISB is setting for him.

*I'm worried about Kleya.  If Luthen is exposed, and I think he will be, seems like she will almost certainly be in the ISB's sights as well.  Where would she go?  Mon is nearby, but I get the impression Kleya doesn't really trust anyone else in the Rebellion besides Luthen.  I think Kleya will either die or flee Coruscant next episode.  She'll certainly have to leave the shop to have any chance of survival if Luthen is exposed.

*Bix--I think she's going to die next episode, and even if she doesn't, I don't think she'll ever be remotely okay after the torture she's endured.  Not sure there's much if anything left of her even now.  Sounds like the guy before her was essentially dead even before they hanged him.  Poor Bix. :( But this is what the Empire does to people--grind them up until there's nothing left.

*I think the secret tunnel Maarva was trying to expose will be relevant next episode.

*Various other people may die.  Worried about everyone on Ferrix.

*Cassian's not even going to be able to attend Maarva's  funeral in peace, is he? :(
