The Spice of Life

One of the things I like to collect are spices.  I'm a pragmatic person, and I don't have a lot of space, so if I'm going to collect something, I want it to be something that won't just sit unused on a shelf, or worse, forgotten in a box at the back of my closet somewhere.  I want it to be something that I can use to enrich my life in some way.

Spices make  so many delicious and exciting foods possible, which certainly qualifies as enriching my life.
