I'm enjoying some gnocchi with my homemade garlic and baby bella mushroom marinara sauce that I just made. I greatly prefer my homemade sauces to any jarred sauce. I've sprinkled some nutritional yeast on top, since that's easy and quick.
When I'm feeling a little more fancy, I mix up some vegan parmesan in the blender. That only takes me about 10-15 minutes or so since it only requires raw cashews, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder be ground up together in the blender, but I didn't have any preprepared today and didn't feel like washing the blender afterwards.
By the way, this is the variety of gluten free gnocchi I am familiar with, if anyone else is looking for something like that. I think these have a good taste and texture. Sometime maybe I should see what other gluten free gnocchi varieties I like though, for the sake of flexibility.
