It occurs to me that I haven't been as active seeking out communities on Dreamwidth as I have on Pillowfort. That's something I should maybe look into.

This is not to say that I haven't joined or participated in any comms here, because I certainly have, or even that I haven't made my own, because I have also done that. Just that I feel like I haven't done that as extensively here as I have on Pillowfort.

Maybe I should make a Dreamwidth and/or Pillowfort community for my fanworks. That would give me a separate area to post any and all kinds of information about my writing, including any interaction preferences I have. And though readers would be free to post anything relevant to my writing there, mostly it would be something I could link to if they cared to find out more about my fanworks. This would especially help with the issue that ffnet is a nightmare of ads and AO3 doesn't allow long profiles.

Did a rules refresh for the Pillowfort Sith comm today so that I could add my own touch to it.

A little while back, I offered to mod a couple of the comms on Pillowfort. This was a really big thing for me, even though Pillowfort comms in general, and the ones I now mod in particular, do not tend to be especially active. I tend to avoid volunteering for anything that may require me to manage a group of any kind, even one as amorphous and informal as a Pillowfort fan comm. But as I feel this relates to my social anxiety and confrontation avoidance, I felt that I should make this small effort to help myself overcome these issues.
