Feeling better now, but with heightened paranoia about food.  Anything I might have eaten before The Incident fills me with suspicion and I have the overwhelming desire to cook everything before eating it.  I lightly cooked my lettuce earlier, before adding it to my tacos, just to give some insight into the level of my current paranoia.  I've also thrown out quite a bit of food I wouldn't usually consider spoiled just because I was worried it might've been what made me sick somehow.

My food poisoning incidents all seem to find a new and dreadful way to be awful.  So--feeling better now, but not keen to repeat the experience.

I continue to take it easy to recover from the presumed food poisoning.  Still don't feel entirely right, but getting a lot of rest has been good for me.  Hate when something takes me out like this, but I also take this kind of thing very seriously so I go to great lengths not to overstrain myself so I can actually recover.

Still recovering from presumed food poisoning, but feeling better at the moment.  Basically most of the nausea was restricted to the first day so far, and I was able to quell it quite effectively with a ginger tea. Hopefully this will continue to improve for me.  I have been sleeping a lot and drinking lots of liquids.  Food poisoning takes a lot out of one and so it tends to be the case that I experience a lot of fatigue afterwards.  Sleeping seems the most straightforward way to try to remedy that.

So, I was pretty confused earlier about what was going on until the nausea set in.  Yeah, I don't think this is a typical aging thing or lack of exercise thing.  Still don't know what exactly this is yet, but food poisoning is a possibility.  So far it's not been more than moderately uncomfortable--hopefully goes away soon.  Not sure what I ate to bring this on.  Maybe a piece of fruit I ate was bad or something.  Unfortunately I don't even remember what I ate beyond the last couple meals before I started showing symptoms, and food poisoning can take longer than that to set in.  Not that knowing that would necessarily tell me what it was, either.
