I can be so weirdly specific about food preferences. Take pizza, for instance. Marinara sauce is foundational to pizza for me. But I don't care for tomatoes as a topping, whether sun-dried or fresh. I loathe white sauce replacing the marinara, but I prefer having a bit of vegan cheese on top of the marinara rather than just having the marinara by itself (though that is still much more acceptable to me than replacing it with white sauce of any kind).

Homemade pizza is so good. I want to make it more often. Ordering pizza from a pizza place is so expensive. Plus, I like my own marinara sauce best. I might be able to make them faster if I made them more often. Maybe I should designate a weekly pizza night or something.

My pizza is done and I am enjoying it. I don't actually notice the portobello chunks so much--at least, it doesn't really give the pizza a weird lumpy look or anything. It also tastes delicious.

According to the instructions it should be possible to make this pizza in a little under an hour but it always takes me at least twice that time because I space out and get distracted so easily lol.

I very much appreciate the results, though.
