Miso Vegetable Ramen

Here's a picture of a quick ramen I made. The carrots are fresh only because I ran out of dried ones. The corn, peas, and shiitake mushrooms were dried. I like to buy large containers of dried vegetables because they are easy to store and lightweight.
I like to be able to customize my ramen. The miso used is a red miso. This ramen is also made with a gluten-free noodle brand (Lotus Foods Rice Ramen) so it is gluten-free as well as vegan.
I miss going outside all the time and taking pictures of the outdoors, so maybe I will take more pictures of food instead.
