Loftwings and Demons

Onion ring and barbecue tofu sandwich is now a new favorite of mine. 

I just chopped the tofu in small pieces and  marinated it in barbecue sauce and water and then cooked the tofu and the marinade liquid to cook the water out of the marinade.  Then I reheated the leftover onion rings I made the other day on the stove.  I should remember to use a little bit of oil when I do that so they don't stick to the bottom of the stove.
